Reviews and Ratings
The hotel photos didn't match the room experience, lacking an ocean view and being noisy due to proximity to an AC outlet. However, it was suitable for family gatherings and lounging. The location was excellent, close to the beach, but improvements were needed for a more welcoming atmosphere. The service was friendly upon engagement but lacked initial greetings. The dining was satisfactory, mainly due to nearby supermarket options, and the hotel's pool area was available for all guests. Overall, the hotel offered convenience but with potential noise disturbance.
Despite the rooms not living up to the website pictures and being stuffy at night, our stay was enjoyable with good cooking facilities, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful beach view from the balcony. There were some minor inconveniences like managing the late check-out.
The hotel is in a convenient location, close to Waikiki beach and surrounded by shops. The rooms were spacious but lacked air conditioning, and some areas were not well-maintained. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were instances of uncaring behavior. The location was excellent for beach access but noisy due to being in a busy tourist area. Dining options were limited to in-room or nearby establishments.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were pretty spacious and clean, and having a kitchen was a bonus. Although the central air was a plus, the small AC unit led to very hot and sticky nights.
The hotel is in a great location just three blocks from the beach and close to many good restaurants. The rooms, although small and warm, were equipped with a ceiling fan and a 1-foot balcony. The service was welcoming but lacked some island tourist tips. Dining options were convenient, and the hotel offered a variety of amenities. Parking was more manageable compared to nearby options.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with its amazing location and cozy rooms. The service was helpful, and the dining experience was convenient. However, the staff could have been a bit friendlier. Overall, a great value for the money.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were nicely appointed and spotlessly clean with a large outdoor balcony offering a good view of Waikiki Beach. The only downside was that it was too noisy to leave the balcony door open at night.
The hotel offers a stunning view of the ocean and city from room H201, featuring a very comfy bed and a fully functional and modern kitchen. However, I experienced the unfortunate theft of my work laptop, airphones, and remarkable tablet from the room.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The ocean view from the room was breathtaking, and the balcony was the perfect spot for evening tea. However, the noise from construction workers was a bit bothersome at times. The fully stocked kitchen was a big plus for me, making my stay even more convenient.
